What your final report looks like.
Your report is a table with one line per article. The columns below are the real structure of that table, and the example line is illustrative rather than a client result.
Six columns, one line per article
Every line carries the independent site, the article title, the live URL, the publication date, the delivery status, and the approved claims the writer used. An illustrative line reads: an independent site covering your category, an article on how buyers in that category compare their options, the URL where it is published, the date it went live, a status of Verified, and the two approved claims it draws on.
Every status means one thing
A line is Planned, In production, Published, Verified, or Replaced, and each of those words has a single definition you can hold us to. Because Published and Verified are separate columns, an article that failed its live check stays visible on its own line instead of disappearing into a completion percentage.
Totals that trace back to the lines
The summary at the top counts articles delivered, independent sites used, and URLs verified, and each of those totals is the sum of lines you can read underneath it. Traffic, rankings, and AI answers need their own measurement, so they are studied separately from these delivery lines.
